Special helpline of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship Office for refugees from Ukraine
We would like to inform about the opening of a special helpline for refugees from Ukraine.
The helpline is available at: +48 71 701 11 00.
Since 1 March, 6 daycare centers for children from Ukraine operate in Wrocław’s educational institutions.
Parents can bring their children to the facilities for a few hours a day, while they can organize all the formalities or go to the support points. The day-rooms will be supervised by persons speaking Ukrainian and a psychologist will also be available

Information and consultation point at the Passage of Dialogue in Przejście Świdnickie
In the Passage of Dialogue on Świdnicka Street there is an information and consultation point of the Wrocław Social Development Centre. It is open daily from 10.00 to 20.00 and you can get information about all kinds of assistance for Ukraine.
Information desk at Wrocław Główny train station
At Wrocław Główny train station there is an information point for people arriving from Ukraine, set up by the Lower Silesian Governor.
The information point provides information on: procedures for legalising one’s stay and obtaining a work permit, foundations and associations that help refugees in need, helpline numbers for foreigners, accommodation places prepared to receive refugees in the Lower Silesia province.
Vaccination against COVID-19 for refugees from Ukraine
SZCZEPCIObus returned to Wrocław Główny railway station for the weekend, where it is also available for refugees from Ukraine from 12:00 to 20:00.
In Wrocław, you can get vaccinated with a one-dose vaccine against COVID-19 without registration.
Free public transport for citizens of Ukraine
MPK allowed people from Ukraine to use Wrocław’s public transport free of charge.
Collections in all Wrocław schools
On Monday (28.02.) in all Wrocław schools a collection of donations for Ukraine begins.
We need: food, but only long-term food, such as pasta, rice, canned food, etc., as well as sleeping bags, blankets, personal hygiene products such as toothpaste, underwear, nappies, including nappies for adults, paper towels, but also candles, batteries, lighters and first aid kits.
Importantly, we ask that donations be delivered in unsealed cardboard boxes with information about what is inside.
